I said they were and asked if they could match. Told to call them when ready will then give adjusted price. So no actual pricetoday. Not happy.
- joel charley Added May 05, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked our broken down car in there as it was the closest dealer for Nissan. Sat there in their yard for a week and did nothing was told by the service adviser Joe all sorts of stories and lies.
Joe gave me a bad feeling that they weren’t going to do the right thing by the customer.
End up sending it to our usual dealer and had diagnosed the fault in a couple of hours and parts already on their way.
The service manager was supposed to call me back in reference to the extremely bad customer service and lack of care and not listening to my issue but never called.
Definitely not recommend this mob untrustworthy and very poor customer service.
