  Purchasing a car on behalf of a friend I found that Bathurst Motor Group had a used car that matched the friend's brief. Contacted BMG on the Tuesday, agreed a price the same day, contract of sale executed on Wednesday and drove up to collect the Honda Jazz on the Saturday morning and back to Sydney. Great service Amos and Craig.

  No customer service especially from toddler management & dealer/salesperson - I bought a brand NEW car & the then Honda subsiderary & now toddler mgt has divorced themselves from all accountability!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

  Bathurst Motor Group have been an exceptional dealership with amazing customer service (Thanks James and the GMSV Team). After all my attempts to place an order for a new Corvette C8 through Sydney dealers failed, I tried my luck with Bathurst. I knew Corvette C8 was in very high demand and most dealers would likely reserve them for their regular customers despite GMSV urging dealers not to take any orders until the official announcement.
  
  However, when I called them, Ron informed me that they only started taking orders after the GMSV announcement and if I put down a deposit I would most likely get one. After I paid the deposit James called me and told me that GM was supplying 4 cars to each dealer with the first batch and I was definitely getting one and also asked me if I had any preferences. After I picked the car I was provided with the driveaway price and I can comfortably say I got a great deal.
  
  I have to say this was a great car buying experience, from my first call to delivery of the vehicle, everything was so smooth and professional. The sales team was extremely friendly, honest and handover was excellent. They also happily organised ceramic coating and tinting of the windows for me. When I picked up the car I noticed the car was very clean inside-out, fuel tank was full and black&white number plates were included without extra cost. It was a pleasure dealing with James and his team, they are committed to providing the highest level of service for every customer and I will be back for my next car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with this dealership to anyone.
  
  Ohh and the car is excellent, drives like a dream and it was certainly worth the wait.

  Bait and switch.
  
  They repeatedly have advertised full spec vehicles at a base spec price. My sister has fallen victim to this and is stuck with 30k in debt and a car she doesn’t want. Be extra careful when buying from this group.

  Having my vehicles first service I was provided great drop off and pick up service from a true gentleman Tom, and when I collected the car, taken through what was done which is normal, but then walked to my car, handed my keys and given the completed handover. Can’t recommended them highly enough.
